We’re going for gold in celebration of the Rio 2016 Olympics! To train and feel like an Olympian simply spell your name, or the name of your favourite olympian, and you will have your gold-standard workout for the day!
Tips for your training:
- In the case of an exercise repeating, you can choose to do them as an additional exercise or leave it out.
- If the number of rounds or time given is repeated, you can ignore it.
- If you have two letters that are both a time or round, you can choose one.
