Body Pump Reading
Body Pump Reading is here to sculpt, tone and strengthen your body – fast. It’s a barbell workout; a form of resistance training that focuses on low-level weights and multiple repetitions. Body Pump Reading is highly effective as it works for all the major muscle groups, giving you a total body workout that burns up to 540 calories as you squat, lift, press and curl. All Body Pump classes are energetic and exciting; our instructors encourage and motivate you through all the moves which are based on the “REP EFFECT” – helping you achieve more than if you were working out on your own.
Body Pump is also a fantastic group exercise class – and one of the most popular at our Reading gym. The classes are great social gathering where fellow classmates motivate each other, so you can feel more encouraged to do better and reach your goal.

Our large and spacious studio welcomes all members of all ages and fitness experience. It comes fully equipped with weight bars, soft mats and benches, so you only need to bring yourself to the class! Its the perfect way for beginners and experienced body pumpers to enjoy our invigorating and energetic class.
