This class focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness through controlled movements.


A group exercise class that blends Pilates, boxing and dance. It’s a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations and sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movements.

Power Flex

A combination of barbell and dumbbells for strength mixed with dance cardio and some slower paced stretching. A great way to start your day.

Simply Step

A full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. A mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs.

Simply Strength

A barbell and dumbbell based class. Timed sets done at your own weight and pace designed to give you a full body workout. Suitable for all abilities.

Mixing Studio Cycling and Simply Strength, it’s a double whammy!

Studio Cycling

The classic indoor cycling class. Uplifting music and resistance-based intervals which will take your heart rate through the roof.


This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.


An interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You’ll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn’t even feel like exercise!
