Coronavirus Update

The latest government measure to reduce the spread of Covid-19 means that all gyms are shut across the country.

That means that Simply Gym have closed our doors until further notice. Unfortunately, we do not have a date to reopen and will provide you with that information as soon as we know.

All membership payments are being frozen by our Direct Debit company Harlands today. There is no need to make a request. Payments will be frozen until we are able to open.
Please note: • You can find a series of workouts and exercises that can be done at home on our app. Simply head over to the app store and download the ‘Membr’ app (spelt correctly!)
• You will not be able to enter any Simply Gym, even with a Personal Trainer
• We are not lending or renting any kit out
• If you have items in a locker, please your club regarding this.

If you have any questions, please contact us on the above email

This is an incredibly sad day for us here at Simply Gym. We cannot wait for the day we can open again!

Following the government directive to close all gyms and leisure centres, our Direct Debit company Harlands will freeze all memberships and stop Direct Debit collections at no cost to all members from 25th March 2020. Due to the nature of direct debits, they are requested from banks 4 days prior to the money being taken out of your bank and therefore payments could not be stopped before the 25th March.

Please see GoCardless's advice on direct debits:

For all payments taken between 23rd and 25th March, you will have no payment due for your first month once we re-open. Apologies for the mixed messages, we were unaware that there would be a delay on when the freeze could be applied from. Please respect that refunding payments creates a lot of admin for us and our Direct Debit company who are inundated with work and it would be preferable to Simply Gym if we can pass you a free month when we reopen.
