Welcome to Simply Gym in Bedford.

Simply Gym in Bedford is located in the Interchange Retail Park right next to Costa, Matalan and TK Maxx. If you are looking for a no-frills gym with stacks of equipment, functional and free weights area as well as studio classes at a low cost, then Simply Gym Bedford is for you! This January you can join and pay no joining fee (saving £20)!

Simply Gym Bedford is a brand new, state of the art gym, open 24/7. Flexible monthly memberships are available from just £16.99 per month.

No contract membership:
We don’t want to tie you to a contract, so we always offer no contracts on some of our memberships. We want to offer memberships that work for you, so if you have any questions or requests, please feel free to let us know.

Facilities:
Based in the Interchange Retail Park Simply Gym Bedford offers a large gym, aerobics studios, a ladies only area and changing rooms with ample free parking. There is a wide range of cardio, resistance and free-weights equipment in the Bedford gym. You will find that it’s fully air-conditioned and that the group exercise classes will suit all levels of fitness and experience. The classes include:

  • Body Pump
  • Legs, Bums and Tums
  • Spinning
  • Pilates & Yoga

 

Ladies Gym

The Simply Gym Bedford features it’s very own Ladies Only area which can be accessed through the Ladies changing room. If you are not comfortable working out in a conventional gym, we have created the ladies only area so that you will feel confident during your workout. The gym is not visible to passersby and offers a safe and private space for women to train in.

My name is Paul and I am one of your friendly personal trainers here at Simply Gym.
I struggled for many years with weight control and fully understand the problems and challenges people face with this growing problem in the UK.
For 30 years I worked in an active job. During that time I struggled with weight control and exercise. This culminated in me reaching 16.5 stone feeling tired and unfit. In 2014 I decided to do something about it and make a difference. I became interested in nutrition and challenged myself with goals through running and regular visits to the gym. I now lead a healthy active lifestyle through nutrition, exercise and setting smart goals for myself. I feel fitter, younger and have so much more energy than I have ever had. As a result of my new lease of life I have now completed several half-marathon’s and 2017 saw me complete my first full marathon in 4hours 11minutes.

I've been a professional dancer and choreographer for 15yrs and have worked with some big names in the dance fitness world. My dance career has taken me all over the world. After having my son and gaining weight I became obsessed with getting back to my pre baby weight so I enrolled in fitness bootcamps which took me on intense fitness training regimes. I soon became addicted to fitness training and found myself constantly booking on long 2 or 3 months fitness camps. I then decided to train to become a Personal Trainer so I could help others.
