Welcome to Simply Gym in Bedford.

Simply Gym in Bedford is located in the Interchange Retail Park right next to Costa, Matalan and TK Maxx. If you are looking for a no-frills gym with stacks of equipment, functional and free weights area as well as studio classes at a low cost, then Simply Gym Bedford is for you!


Simply Gym Bedford is a brand new, state of the art gym, open 24/7. Flexible monthly memberships are also available from just £16.99 per month.

No contract membership:
We don’t want to tie you to a contract so we always offer no contract memberships if this is preferred.  If you have any questions or requests, please feel free to let us know.

Ladies Gym

The Simply Gym Bedford also features it’s very own Ladies Only area which can be accessed through the Ladies changing room. If you are not comfortable working out in a conventional gym, we have created the ladies only area so that you will feel confident during your workout. Also the gym is not visible to passersby and offers a safe and private space for women to train in.
