About the club...

Welcome to Simply Gym Cheltenham.
Simply Gym Cheltenham is located on the Kingsditch Industrial Estate. If you are looking for a no frills gym with stacks of all the latest cardio, functional and free-weights equipment, and studio classes all at a low cost, then Simply Gym Cheltenham is for you!

No contract membership.
Most people don’t like to be tied into contracts these days, that’s why at Simply Gym we offer no contracts on some of our memberships, this means you are free to leave whenever you like. We also offer annual memberships at a discounted fee. Here at Simply Gym our memberships are financially fit for you!

Facilities.
Our priority is your fitness and wellbeing. We offer a wide range of cardio, resistance and free-weights equipment in our fully air-conditioned gyms, and a full timetable of group exercise classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience. Our facilities also include a ladies only gym, dedicated spinning area, large group exercise studio, changing and showering facilities, and free parking which are all included in your membership. Also on site are Soul Serenity, who offer a variety of treatments from sports therapy to aromatherapy. They can be found at www.soul-serenity.co.uk. Finally there is also a café selling hot drinks and snacks throughout the day.

Upon joining you will be offered a complimentary induction to get your fitness journey started. If you do require something a little bit more specific we do have a team of personal trainers that you can book in with when it suits you.

Zumba Step

Zumba combines latin music with a fun and effective workout. This class incorporates step into the routines!

Abs Blast

10:15 - 10:30

A 30 minute blast on the abdominals!

Pilates

10:30 - 11:15

Pilates uses controlled movement and breathing to tone the body and the mind.

Yoga Fitness

A class designed to give a healthy body but also a healthy mind!
