Simply Gym Cheltenham is located on the Kingsditch Industrial Estate. If you are looking for a no-frills gym with stacks of all the latest cardio, functional and free-weights equipment, and studio classes all at a low cost, then Simply Gym Cheltenham is for you! NOW OPEN 24/7!

No contract membership
Most people don’t like to be tied into contracts these days. That’s why at Simply Gym we also offer no contracts on some of our memberships. This means you are free to leave whenever you like. We also offer annual memberships at a discounted fee. Here at Simply Gym our memberships are financially fit for you!

Facilities

Our priority is your fitness and wellbeing. We offer a wide range of cardio, resistance and free-weights equipment in our fully air-conditioned gyms, and a full timetable of group exercise classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience. Our facilities also include a ladies only gym, dedicated indoor cycling area, large group exercise studio, changing and showering facilities, and free parking which are all included in your membership. Also on site are Soul Serenity, who offer a variety of treatments from sports therapy to aromatherapy. They can be found at www.soul-serenity.co.uk.

A general indoor cycling class suitable for all levels!.

Simply Intensity

09:30 - 10:30

This class is packed with plyometric drills on top of nonstop intervals of strength, power, resistance, and ab/core training moves. This class will get you the best body you've ever had!

Every 6 weeks will be 'test week' to see how you have improved!

Simply Pump

18:00 - 18:45

A weights based class using barbells to tone and strengthen the whole body.

Indoor Cycling

19:00 - 19:45

A general indoor cycling class suitable for all levels!.

Pilates

19:00 - 20:00

Pilates uses controlled movement and breathing to tone the body and the mind.

Yoga Fitness
