Hey, I'm Ross! I am a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer specialising in Weight Loss, Strength Development and Functional Fitness here at Simply Gym! More specifically, I help Men and Women of all ages develop a lifestyle and understanding of fitness that allows them to live their happiest and healthiest life in a fun, proven and bespoke format! Every minute of our time together is catered to you and your experience - a challenge that matches you perfectly!
Over my time as a Personal Trainer (and a fitness instructor prior to that) I had the opportunity to work with a variety of amazing people, supporting them to maintain working out as a vital part of their life! My aim is to ensure that during our sessions we are constantly working on progressing your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing in the safest yet most challenging format for you, so that you can develop lifelong habits even after our sessions!
So how do I know that my style of training will work for you? I have coached and seen results with a multitude of clients, and I worked with in the past. I have also been through my own fitness journey losing over 7 Stone within 12 Months, and sometime later building up my deadlift alone from 140kg to 225kg in
6 months! I have competed in Strongman Events, so I have an extensive understanding of the key lifts whilst also understanding the technical aspects of the Olympic Lifts such as the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
