Simply Gym Coventry Earl Place opened on the 7th January 2019. Our new large, open plan, state of the art gym is available 24hrs, 7 days a week. Facilities include indoor cycling and aerobics studios, a large ladies only section, fully equipped cardio, free weight and also functional training areas, changing rooms and showers. My name is Chloe Grant and I am the face behind CGFitness, I wanted to start this journey to help people enjoy fitness the way I do as well as achieve their goals, whether this be fitting back into that pair of jeans you have, toning up, gaining strength and more.

I have been into fitness for many years now, taking part in every physical sport I could possibly do, dancing and kickboxing were the two I fell fond for and carried on until today. Dancing from the age of six, then studying it further gaining multiple qualifications. Kickboxing for 7 years, where I decided that I wanted to compete in matches from girls all over the UK, sharing a few wins and losses.

Being so involved in sports made me realise how my body had changed over time without even realising, and most importantly enjoying it. I want to make people realise that going to the gym or working out doesn’t have to be a chore, when you enjoy what you are doing it becomes part of your daily life and routine.

This is what I’m here to do, help people transform their body and mind through enjoyable sessions, where every exercise you perform will make you feel good but also help you achieve that goal you have set. What ever that goal may be, I will provide you with personalised training programs to get you where you want to be, but also give you more knowledge on training independently so you feel comfortable when you walk in the gym on your own. From my own experience I know that taking part in exercise can help your physical state but also your mental state, making you feel motivated for the day, increasing self confidence and general mood.

My experience is within female weight loss/body fat percent reduction while working on my client's confidence in and out of the gym which is key. I specialise in upper body strength, advanced core and full body tone. The gym benefits from a Ladies Only Area which we can also use for confidence building.

I tailor my sessions to the individual using my ' 5 S tages To Fit' structure which is aimed at beginner level and will take you to advanced training. By joining the program, you will learn:

- Advanced core exercises
- How to use the gym equipment effectively
- Use different sets, reps & intensities to match your goal
- Techniques for multi-joint/compound exercises like deadlifts & squats
- Functional movement & advanced stretches for flexibility and posture

Expect increased confidence in and out of the gym, rapid strength gain, body fat percent reduction, increased stamina and flexibility, a confident posture and knowledge to last you on your fitness journey. Your program comes with a Nutrition and Fitness Guide as well as tracker cards to monitor your progress. .
