I offer completely individualised personal training, including training plans and nutritional support, with constant support throughout. Programmes will be made so that both training and nutrition is sustainable for you personally long term. I want to educate you throughout the process, so that you
understand the fundamentals of training and nutrition, and so you have the tools to carry on after the coaching process. This will allow you to feel empowered, along with your newfound confidence and improved health.
Training and nutrition will be tailored to you as an individual and your personal goals, including fat loss, body composition, toning, improved strength and fitness, increased muscle mass, with improved health always at the forefront.
I have worked in healthcare as a radiographer for a year and a half, and will be studying medicine in September 2019 at University of Warwick, so with my background and future, I place a big emphasis on health, evidence-based practice and adjusting variables based on you as an individual and your
personal unique situation.
