Welcome to Simply Gym Crewe.
Simply Gym Crewe is within easy reach of the town centre and is conveniently located within all access routes in and out of Crewe. If you are looking for a no frills gym with stacks of equipment, studio classes and spa facilities at a low cost, then Simply Gym Crewe is for you!

No contract membership.
Most people don’t like to be tied into contracts these days, that’s why at Simply Gym we offer no contracts on some of our memberships, this means you are free to leave whenever you like. We also offer annual memberships at a discounted fee. Here at Simply Gym our memberships are financially fit for you!

Facilities.
Our priority is your fitness and wellbeing. We offer a wide range of cardio, resistance and free-weights equipment in our fully air-conditioned gyms, and a full timetable of group exercise classes, such as Pilates, Tabata and Kettlercise, to suit all levels of fitness and experience. Our facilities also include a new ladies only gym, recently extended free-weights area, dedicated spinning studio, group exercise studio, functional training area with a RIG and a variety of functional equipment, spa area, changing and showering facilities, and free parking which are all included in your membership.

Upon joining you will be offered a complimentary induction to get your fitness journey started. If you do require something a little bit more specific we do have a team of personal trainers that you can book in with when it suits you.

I made the decision to become a Personal Trainer after years of fad diets, weight loss supplements and bad home exercise. I finally got the courage to join a gym but I didn't have a clue what I was doing so I hid at the back of the classes. After a 3 stone weight loss I hit a plateau and stopped seeing results. I wanted a Personal Trainer and knew I would feel more comfortable with a female but there weren't any female trainers available. I decided to educate myself and go on to be qualified as a Personal Trainer so I could carry on my own journey and help others who found themselves in the same position as me. I found that different training methods suited different people and it was more than just about weight loss, it was a lifestyle change that could benefit all round health, confidence and mental well being. What started off as a personal journey became a passion to help others. Although I enjoy strength training I love HIIT and find them to be hard working but fun sessions, making personal training a rewarding but enjoyable experience.

In January 2011 I made the biggest decision of my life. I was 21 and overweight. Years of hitting the gym from my mid-teens made me strong, but combined with years of unplanned nutrition led me to walk the earth at 20 stone. This was massively affecting my self-confidence and my life. When I looked in the mirror I was unhappy at what I saw, I decided enough was enough, it was time to go to work.
I planned 12 months of dedication and effort, I wasn’t just going to hit the weights until I ached anymore but I was going to get fitter, more flexible and more agile. I was after a transformation and nothing was going to stop me.
12 Months later I was not only seven stone lighter, but a rejuvenated man. My confidence was sky – high and since then I have turned my saviour into my hobby, my hobby into my passion and then my passion into my career. Within five years of achieving my greatest personal feat I was qualified and ready to help people like you change your life the way I did.
