Welcome to Simply Gym Crewe.
Simply Gym Crewe is within easy reach of the town centre and is conveniently located within all access routes in and out of Crewe. If you are looking for a no frills gym with stacks of equipment, studio classes and spa facilities at a low cost, then Simply Gym Crewe is for you!

No contract membership.
Most people don’t like to be tied into contracts these days, that’s why at Simply Gym we offer no contracts on some of our memberships, this means you are free to leave whenever you like. We also offer annual memberships at a discounted fee. Here at Simply Gym our memberships are financially fit for you!

Facilities.
Our priority is your fitness and wellbeing. We offer a wide range of cardio, resistance and free-weights equipment in our fully air-conditioned gyms, and a full timetable of group exercise classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience. Our facilities also include a new ladies only gym, recently extended free-weights area, dedicated spinning studio, group exercise studio, functional training area with a RIG and a variety of functional equipment, spa area, changing and showering facilities, and free parking which are all included in your membership.

Upon joining you will be offered a complimentary induction to get your fitness journey started. If you do require something a little bit more specific we do have a team of personal trainers that you can book in with when it suits you.

Matt has worked as a fitness professional for over 6 years. During this time he has gained his knowledge from training under and with Commonwealth medallists, Olympic athletes and respected coaches within the health and fitness industry.

Matt has worked as a fitness professional for over 6 years. During this time he has gained his knowledge from training under and with Commonwealth medallists, Olympic athletes and respected coaches within the health and fitness industry, augmenting this practical knowledge with a post graduate qualification in Strength and Conditioning.

Post and present athletes Matt has trained include professional boxers and American footballers, as well as a European champion and World Record holder.

Matt offers training that is simple and effective, promoting correct techniques, stability, function and is underpinned with sound nutritional practises. Matt will help you achieve your fitness goals, whether they are fat loss, muscular development, sporting performance, or general health, in sessions that are varied and enjoyable.

My goal is to apply my experience and knowledge to help others transform their bodies to the desirable level and encourage people to gain a positive, healthy and active lifestyle.

I have over 10 years personal experience building muscle, losing fat, increasing strength using a number of various training methods and techniques. I am passionate about the human body and mind and the amazing abilities we have.

I believe that with hard work (performed properly) and persistence you can achieve anything. Mastering the basics will allow you to learn and execute advanced exercises safely and effectively.

I’m confident I can work with any client who wishes to transform their body, lose fat, build muscle, increase strength and conditioning, giving you the results you deserve.
