Welcome to Simply Gym Kettering

Simply Gym Kettering is located on Telford Way Industrial Estate just opposite the hospital. If you are looking for a no frills gym with stacks of all the latest cardio, functional and free-weights equipment, and studio classes all at a low cost, then Simply Gym Kettering is for you!

No contract membership

Most people don’t like to be tied into contracts these days. That’s why at Simply Gym we also offer no contracts on some of our memberships. This means you are free to leave whenever you like. We also offer annual memberships at a discounted fee and an option to become a corporate member. Here at Simply Gym our memberships are financially fit for you!

Facilities

Our priority is your fitness and wellbeing. We offer a wide range of cardio, resistance and free-weights equipment in our fully air-conditioned gyms. We have a full timetable of group exercise classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience. Simply Gym Kettering gym is open plan, this includes a large cardio area, free-weights area with a RIG and a variety of functional kit. Our facilities also include a large well equipped ladies only gym, a dedicated indoor cycling studio, group exercise studio, changing and showering facilities, and 3 hours free parking which are all included in your membership. On site we also have sports massage therapy massage.

Upon joining you will be offered a complimentary induction to get your fitness journey started. If you do require something a little bit more specific. We do have a team of personal trainers that you can book in with when it suits you.

Equipment free combat style class including punching, kicking and cardio and conditioning drills. Partner based drills to hit your abs, Legs and butts for a total body workout.

My name is Mantas, and I am proud to be here to help you achieve your goals and ambitions with your fitness goals. I have years of experience in the sports field, which provided me with tons of valuable knowledge and experience to help in achieving your goals.
As I was growing up I always was very competitive, which made me fall in love with sports from a very young age. I studied the majority of my qualifications through Tresham College, where I have played Volleyball for 3 years and led the team as the captain of the Males team; I also coached sports such as basketball and volleyball as part of my work experience for 2 years. Since the very first day of my studies I had only one goal: To become a Personal Trainer. Once I finally became one, my goal was to use all the knowledge and experience I gained and share it with you on your journey to achieving your fitness goals.
About 5 years ago, I went through some life-changing events that drastically affected my mental and physical state. I gained 10KG in weight and also my mental health drastically deteriorated. However, at one point I managed to pick myself up and say that enough is enough and it is time to make changes. Then, 6 months later, I lost 15KG and improved my mental health significantly, which made my life change for the better. Therefore, I can empathize with you if you are overweight, suffer from mental health, or lack confidence in yourself. I am here to build you up both physically and mentally.
As a Personal Trainer, I am here to help you, to support you, and to guide you, through all the obstacles that will come your way. As a personal trainer, I can provide you with a guide on how to achieve your travel destination; however the journey itself has to be walked by you and you alone, I am here to help you get there. Hi, I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer along with being a Kickboxercise Instructor, Fitness Yoga Instructor, Kettlebell Instructor & Group Indoor Cycling Instructor.
 Along with the above, I also work with a leading Cognitive Behaviour Therapist & Hypnotherapist in Harley Street & Coventry working with High Profile Clients helping them deal with Anxiety and Stress related issues through focus pad work sessions and Personal Training.

Spending many years 5 stone overweight I can completely empathise with anyone who has weight related issues. I lost weight and upped my fitness in 2009, since going on to do two marathons and one 50k ultra trail marathon. Combining this with a healthy lifestyle change the weight has stayed off ever since.

If your ready to take on a lifestyle change and feel great about yourself, I’d be delighted to share my passion for fitness with you.

My passion for sport and fitness began at a young age, having grown up competing at county/national levels in kickboxing and gymnastics before embarking on a footballing scholarship in Cambridge.

My passion for sport and fitness began at a young age, having grown up competing at county/national levels in kickboxing and gymnastics before embarking on a footballing scholarship in Cambridge upon leaving school, which unfortunately came to an end due to injury. During this time I discovered my passion for the gym environment and my own personal fitness, whilst carrying out strength & conditioning programmes to improve my own sporting performance.

Having graduated with a Degree in Sport, Fitness and Personal Training, I have been able to turn my passion into a career. With the extensive knowledge I’ve gained, it enables me to help clients achieve their own health and fitness goals by creating personalised training programmes that are tailored specifically to their needs.

I understand that personal training isn’t something that most of my clients will have forever; therefore I aim to deliver maximum results in minimum time, whilst also providing my clients with the nutritional and training knowledge that will enable them to continue their fitness journey alone.
