Welcome to Simply Gym Kettering
Simply Gym Kettering is located on Telford Way Industrial Estate just opposite the hospital. If you are looking for a no frills gym with stacks of all the latest cardio, functional and free-weights equipment, and studio classes all at a low cost, then Simply Gym Kettering is for you!

No contract membership
Most people don’t like to be tied into contracts these days, that’s why at Simply Gym we offer no contracts on some of our memberships, this means you are free to leave whenever you like. We also offer annual memberships at a discounted fee and an option to become a corporate member. Here at Simply Gym our memberships are financially fit for you!

Facilities
Our priority is your fitness and wellbeing. We offer a wide range of cardio, resistance and free-weights equipment in our fully air-conditioned gyms, and a full timetable of group exercise classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience. Simply Gym Kettering gym is open plan, this includes a large cardio area, free-weights area with a RIG and a variety of functional kit. Our facilities also include a large well equipped ladies only gym, a dedicated spinning studio, group exercise studio, changing and showering facilities, and free parking which are all included in your membership. On site we also have sports massage therapy massage.

Upon joining you will be offered a complimentary induction to get your fitness journey started. If you do require something a little bit more specific we do have a team of personal trainers that you can book in with when it suits you.

Each session will be tailored to suit to your individual needs and goals, whatever your aim may be, whether that is to build muscle or to lose fat, improve your fitness, or to tone up. I will provide the support you need to reach your goals while always striving to keep it fun and enjoyable.

I started training in gyms from a young age. I have observed first-hand the best ways to achieve different results. I have experienced many forms of training, such as bodybuilding, powerlifting, plyometrics, and taking part in and organising circuit training classes, as well as many styles and forms of cardio.

I have personally seen huge benefits through training and that motivates me to help you achieve your goals.

Hi, I am a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer along with being a Kickboxercise Instructor, Fitness Yoga Instructor, Kettlebell Instructor & Group Indoor Cycling Instructor.
 Along with the above, I also work with a leading Cognitive Behaviour Therapist & Hypnotherapist in Harley Street & Coventry working with High Profile Clients helping them deal with Anxiety and Stress related issues through focus pad work sessions and Personal Training.

Spending many years 5 stone overweight I can completely empathise with anyone who has weight related issues. I lost weight and upped my fitness in 2009, since going on to do two marathons and one 50k ultra trail marathon. Combining this with a healthy lifestyle change the weight has stayed off ever since.

I understand first-hand the stresses and strains life can bring and I want to share the passion and love I have for exercise which has helped me make improvements, not only personally but also in my family life.
Being a mum myself I know how hard it can be to maintain or return to exercise, because of this I obtained qualifications in Pre and Post Natal Fitness.

I aim to make all sessions fun and enjoyable whilst still achieving fantastic results. And whilst it can be hard work getting to where you want to be I will help you to love exercise and understand that it is not all about looking better but that it can have a positive impact on your day to day life.

During this time I discovered my passion for the gym environment and my own personal fitness, whilst carrying out strength & conditioning programmes to improve my own sporting performance.

Having graduated with a Degree in Sport, Fitness and Personal Training, I have been able to turn my passion into a career. With the extensive knowledge I’ve gained, it enables me to help clients achieve their own health and fitness goals by creating personalised training programmes that are tailored specifically to their needs.
