Simply Gym Telford is located at Stafford Business Park. If you are looking for a no frills gym with stacks of equipment, studio classes and spa facilities at a low cost, then Simply Gym Telford is for you!

No contract membership.
Most people don’t like to be tied into contracts these days, that’s why at Simply Gym we offer no contracts on some of our memberships, this means you are free to leave whenever you like. We also offer annual memberships at a discounted fee and an option to become a corporate member. Here at Simply Gym our memberships are financially fit for you!

Facilities.
Our priority is your fitness and wellbeing. We offer a wide range of cardio, resistance and free-weights equipment in our fully air-conditioned gyms, and a full timetable of group exercise classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience. Our facilities also include a ladies only gym, extended free-weights area, dedicated spinning studio, group exercise studio, functional training area with a RIG and a variety of functional equipment, spa facilities, changing and showering facilities, and free parking which are all included in your membership.

Upon joining you will be offered a complimentary induction to get your fitness journey started. If you do require something a little bit more specific we do have a team of personal trainers that you can book in with when it suits you.

New to Spin or nervous about hopping on a bike for your first class, This class will show you correct bike setup, introduce you to bike positions and give you a great workout.

Rig Class

10:00 - 10:45

Our PTs will make full use of the rig (big yellow thing!) on the gym floor, with a wide variety of exercises.

Pilates

10:45 - 11:45

Pilates uses controlled movement and breathing to tone the body and the mind.

Hi I’m Paula, as a Personal Trainer, my passion is to help motivate others to become fitter and healthier. It doesn’t matter whether you currently do little exercise or whether you exercise regularly, I will design an individual programme for you, tailored to your fitness level, goals and lifestyle. Our sessions will be challenging and enjoyable and you will see and feel the benefits.

Everyone is always busy and constantly juggling priorities, leaving little or no time to exercise. For years, that was me. As a busy mum with 2 children, I didn’t do any exercise, I was unfit and overweight, until one day I decided ‘enough is enough’. That was a transformational moment. I started to exercise regularly, setting myself goals on the way. I became so motivated that I was able to ultimately achieve what I had always thought was impossible – I ran a marathon and rowed a marathon – and I felt great!

I can help with weight loss, body fat reduction, achieving a healthy BMI, increasing lean muscle mass, improving overall fitness and provide nutrition/healthy eating advice. I offer 1-1 sessions, or 2-1 if you prefer to exercise with a friend. The first consultation is free.

Qualifications:
- Level 3 Personal Training
- Level 2 Fitness Instructing
- Currently studying for Level 3 Exercise Referral and Level 4 Diabetes and Obesity

I am qualified up to level 3 in both personal training and nutrition as well as spinning coach I have also studied and passed advanced nutrition also. With me we always start your journey with a private consultation and health checking bodymap -this allows me to check for any health markers that might hinder progress or we can refer if required to ensure your health Is given the highest priority.

We will agree a gut balance that will show immediate weight loss within the first weeks supported by my discounted supplements and meal advice. Once your body is mapped I have a wide range of advanced resistance and cardio vascular training protocols we will use together with advice on diet and nutrition to start changing your body towards your goal in the best time avoiding any bounce-back.

My claim to fame include UK Judo champion and British squad member for 10 years and the only girl in an all boys football team because I was faster and more skilled than most of the boys!

I have been training and coaching adults and children all of my adult life and my qualifications include both in gym and all field sports.
