I would describe myself as fun, outgoing person who has had a passion for fitness as far back as I can remember. I competed in Thai Kick boxing and Mixed Martial Arts from an early age. When I was 17 I broke my ankle, I had to learn different ways of training, I now have 28 years’ experience in training and I like to pass my knowledge to anyone no matter your age, gender, size or fitness level. I cater for all, I am positive that together I can help you achieve your goals.
I can be found on the gym floor for which I have become a regular fixture here at Simply Gym Walsall, so if you see me around and you want any advice, whether it be losing weight, gaining muscle mass, improving cardiovascular fitness, you just want to tone up your body or you need nutrictional advice then please don’t hesitate to approach and have a chat. I will always have time to talk to everyone.
