Simply Gym Walsall is a large, open plan, state of the art new Gym based on Bentley Mill Way and opened in December 2018. This state of the art facility offers a huge variety of equipment and wide range of classes including Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Yoga and Pilates to name a few! Hi my name is Craig, I am a personal trainer, I have been in the gym for over 10 years.

What I love to do is to help people achieve their goals, I offer 1-2-1 sessions in which we will work together to help you achieve your ambitions.
I have a passion for helping people and use strategies I have learnt through my experience in Bodybuilding, powerlifting and even CrossFit, to add a wide range of approaches to ensure positive results.

A lot of people talk to me about weight loss or muscle gain and they over complicate things for themselves and look for quick easy fixes;

For example, weight loss: you didn’t put the weight on overnight so you won’t lose it overnight, you need to be realistic and work hard but I will motivate you every step of the way.

When I was 17 I broke my ankle, I had to learn different ways of training, I now have 28 years’ experience in training and I like to pass my knowledge to anyone no matter your age, gender, size or fitness level. I cater for all, I am positive that together I can help you achieve your goals.
I can be found on the gym floor for which I have become a regular fixture here at Simply Gym Walsall, so if you see me around and you want any advice, whether it be losing weight, gaining muscle mass, improving cardiovascular fitness, you just want to tone up your body or you need nutritional advice then please don’t hesitate to approach and have a chat. I will always have time to talk to everyone.
