Unless you actively choose to book a complimentary gym induction, you acknowledge that you are opting out of this induction.

Choosing not to undertake an induction does not remove your responsibility to seek assistance from a member of staff whenever you are unsure how to safely use any equipment or facility.

Disability, Accessibility and Additional Support

If you consider yourself to have a disability, require reasonable adjustments or need additional assistance to use our facilities safely, please notify Simply Gym as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will discuss your requirements with you and take reasonable steps to support your safe use of the facilities. This may include an appropriate induction, consideration of reasonable adjustments and information regarding relevant emergency and evacuation procedures.

Endeavour to maintain a safe environment in which you can exercise and enjoy our facilities.

Keep confidential any health or medical information you provide to us and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriately trained first aid personnel are available in accordance with our operational requirements.

Take reasonable steps to ensure that members of our fitness team hold qualifications appropriate to their roles.

Provide an induction and guidance on the safe use of gym equipment upon request.

Where you inform us of a disability or additional requirement, consider reasonable adjustments and appropriate measures to support your safe use of our facilities.

Respect your personal fitness goals and decisions regarding your exercise programme. However, Simply Gym reserves the right to intervene or ask you to stop exercising where we reasonably believe you are exercising beyond your capabilities or your actions may present a risk to yourself or others.

Reserve the right, where reasonably necessary for health and safety purposes, to request appropriate medical clearance or place reasonable restrictions on the use of particular facilities or activities.
