With our next I am Strong Challenge. We take you up to see if you can meet a new gym partner. Sometimes within your gym regime, you can hit a plateau, and often can leave you feeling demotivated and unenthusiastic to get to the gym.

[1] First of all, by having a gym partner it can make workouts much more enjoyable as you will be able to bounce of one another in terms of development and ideas you both have in your workouts. For that reason, this will make them more enjoyable and will lead to results being found whilst also enjoying your time. Also by having a friend to work out with, it can lead to new areas of fitness which, on your own, you may be uncomfortable to undertake.

[2] Moreover this will led to much healthier competition between you and your gym partner. It will allow you to push each other, and reach capabilities that you never thought you would reach. As a a result, it can also help to reduce injury, with your friend ensuring the correct technique is used.

[3] It is important to have some who makes you accountable. By having motivating partner, you are likely to have more commitment, and therefore the outcomes will come much quicker.
