International Women’s Day – #BalanceForBetter

International Women’s Day is on the 8th March this year, and the campaign is about bringing #BalanceForBetter.

This is looking at how we can give opportunities for both males and females to reach the same goals! At Simply Gym we want to ensure that there is #BalanceForBetter for both genders. We are getting involved in international women’s day to highlight the wellness that will help individuals balance their life for the better.

As a company we endeavour for the success of both males and females. With over half of our mangers being women we strive to ensure equal opportunities are there for both genders.

With this, we want to ensure that you are balancing for better, to allow yourself a better lifestyle.  It is important during busy schedules to take time out to ensure the best lifestyle possible. Even more so it will help in improving our wellness and the importance of ensuring that you put yourself first.

By taking time to complete a 20 minute run on the treadmill or completing the HIIT helps towards is a step towards #BalanceForBetter. Ensuring yourself towards a more balanced lifestyle that will lead to greater success of women! Our personal trainers say that balance is the most important in order to increase results in the gym!
