Considering Cancelling Your Membership?
We’re sorry to learn that you’re considering leaving! If you are currently enrolled in a monthly direct debit plan (with options of £22.99, £24.99, or £29.99), please begin the cancellation process by reaching out to your local club. You can find their contact details on your local gym’s webpage. To ensure a smooth cancellation, kindly contact your bank to terminate the direct debit 10-12 days before the next scheduled payment.
Please note that any cancellations made within this timeframe may incur an administrative charge.

You can freeze payments for up to 3 months within a 6-month period, free of charge. Avoid cancelling and having to pay the joining fee again when you come back. When you freeze your monthly payment will be frozen and your access to the gym will be paused.
