Secure your Gym Time before the Half-Term!

As a parent, it can be hard to find some time for yourself, and you may find yourself letting things go because you’re tired or busy. With February half-term looming, it’s likely that you’ll have your hands full keeping the kids busy and entertained. So with this in mind, you may want to get as much gym time in as you can before the half-term holiday.

Here are some suggestions to help you get plenty of gym time in before half-term:

Find the right time

Free equipment in a Simply

8-9 am is usually a quiet period, as most people have gone to work and most kids are at school. Otherwise, you could nip down before collecting the kids from school. These times are ideal as you can incorporate them into the school run and the gym will generally be quiet, so you’re not fighting for the equipment you want!

Take a class
