SIMPLY 5×5 is our new challenge designed especially for YOU!

You have 5 minutes per station and there are 5 stations to complete. There is a 3 minute rest between each station. 

Count the number of reps or distance covered on each station to find your total!

There will be a league table for the following categories:

• Male 16 –29
• Male 30 – 45
• Male 46+

• Female 16 –29
• Female 30 – 45
• Female 46+
