Leg, Bums and Core (LBC)

Get a firmer bum, core and leaner legs by attending our legs, bum and core workout. 

Insanity

Insanity combines bodyweight exercises and high intensity training 

Crunch

Crunch focuses on intense abdominal workouts designed to strengthen and tone core muscles

Circuits

Our simply circuits class involves endurance training, resistance training and high intensity aerobics performed in a circuit, similar to high intensity interval training

Dance

A fun and energetic dance based class

HIIIT

High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternative short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue.

Kettlebells

Join us on our kettlebells class. Includes dynamic moves that target endurance, strength and balance.

RigFit

Join our RIG playground and take part in a total body workout as you alternate between stations for a set period of time. Station include equipment such as TRX, Battle ropes, SLED, Slam balls, Monkey bars and much more. Class will vary.

Stability and Mobility

Stability and Mobility focuses on low intensity wellness training. Circuit based class that targets strengthening, mobility and conditioning of various muscle groups. Ideal for those looking for a slower paces class that still delivers results.

Studio Cycling

The classic indoor cycling class. Uplifting music and resistance-based intervals which will take your heart rate through the roof.

Step 

A full body cardio workout, toning the legs, bum and thighs.

Stretch and Flex

Stretch and flex is a stretching and mobility based class that aims to improve mobility, functional capacity, support flexibility and recovery

Total Body

Total body workout – a total body conditioning class. Improve aerobic fitness, strength and flexibility. Classes will vary and use of a selection of equipment can be included along with body weight exercises 

Bootycamp

This class focuses on controlled movements and time under tension to lift and shape the glutes

Burn

This cardio based class is divided into zones, with exercises that will test your fitness. You will leave this class, feeling the burn.

Rhythm

Rhythm is a danced based class that will have you moving, bopping and shaking and having fun.

Tone

If your after a mixture of fitness, this class is for you. Tone consists of both, aerobic exercise and resistance training rolled into one.

Warrior

This strength based class is divided into zones, with exercises that will test your resilience. But you will leave feeling like a warrior!

Yoga

This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.

Zumba

An interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You’ll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn’t even feel like exercise!
