Ab Blast

Core based class suitable for all fitness levels

Body Balance (Les Mills) 

A mix of tai-chi, yoga and pilates choreographed to music

Body Combat (Les Mills)

Aerobics class that combines moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines including karate, boxing, tai chi, and kickboxing. Suitable for all levels. 

Body Pump (Les Mills)

A non impact resistance class, using barbells and adjustable weights to burn fat and tone the body. Suitable for all levels. 

Burn

This cardio based class is divided into zones, with exercises that will test your fitness. You will leave this class, feeling the burn! 

Circuits

Endurance and resistance training with high intensity aerobics. Exercises performed in a circuit style. 

Dance

Fun high intensity dance class

Fusion Dance

A high energy dance class mixing different dance styles to create a fun calorie burning class catered for all ages and fitness levels.

This class incorporates simultaneous stretching and strengthening moves focused on core muscles, improving alignment and increasing body awareness. Suitable for all levels.

RPM (Les Mills)

Les Mills RPM is an indoor cycling class that takes you through a mixture of terrains and interval training tracks in a challenging and fun cardio workout 

Stability and Mobility 

Stability and Mobility focuses on low intensity wellness training. Circuit based class that targets strengthening, mobility and conditioning of various muscle groups. Ideal for those looking for a slower paced class that still delivers results

Tai Chi

A practice that involves a serious of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditive state of mind, and controlled breathing. Focusing on health promotion and rehabilitation. A class for all abilities

Warrior

This strength based class is divided into zones with exercises that will test your resilience. You will leave this class, feeling like a warrior

Yoga

Yoga incorporates gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting the nervous system 

Zumba

A full body cardio workout using a studio step, toning the legs, bum and thighs

Zumba Toning 

Similar to zumba but with special weights to aid a toning add while dancing. Suitable for all levels. 

Piloga

A fusion of pilates and yoga. Gentle yoga stretches invigorates the mind, develops core muscles. Relieves stress and back pain. Improves balance and co-ordination. Suitable for all levels.
