Our Next #SimplyLikeMe is Becky Jones which is part of our Transformation Tuesday. She highlights the positive impacts PTs can have not only on your health but your career!

Becky trains at Simply Gym Crewe and is either going into RAF or university. She is our next Transformation Tuesday story and shows the positive impact Katrina is can be seen below:

I started my training with Katrina in January 2018. As a result I have become fitter, stronger and my body confidence has increased immensely. This has all be down to the motivation I have received from Katrina and her training methods. I no longer have a hate for going the gym, like I did before I started my fitness journey.

My fitness has developed massively over the past year and makes me determined to improve more. I know that I can achieve this with the help of Katrina.

She is a hardworking, efficient, determined, motivated personal trainer . She will work to suite your needs and help you achieve your very own goals.

I applied for Royal Air Force this year for the second time after I failed my last application due to a medical issue. Now I certainly say confidently that I’m ready for my fitness test. I am extremely grateful for all the dedication Katrina has put into training me.

Whether I get into the RAF or my other alternative which is university, I will sadly have to stop my personal training sessions with Katrina. I know that I’m going to miss training with Katrina very much. I recommend Katrina to anyone who wants to see real results and have a friendly and dedicated personal trainer who is willing to keep you motivated a strive for the best.
