Each Simply Gym is unique, with a wide range of facilities!

24hr Access

Unlimited by your routine we allow you to exercise flexibly. Available at select gyms.

Personal Trainers

Our Personal Trainers are on hand to assist you with your training and provide complimentary inductions.

Changing Rooms

You'll find ample showers, lockers, hair driers and sockets available.

Ladies Only Gym

For women who prefer training in a female only environment these areas are seperate to the main gym floor. Available in select gyms.

Relaxation Rooms

Spa facilities vary by club and can include facilities like; saunas, steam rooms, aromatherapy rooms and sunbeds. Available in select gyms.

Free Parking

All clubs have plenty of free parking as standard.

Daily Classes

Unlimited access to all classes on our fitness timetable included in your membership for free. Check out your local clubs' timetable on its page linked above.

🎥 DAY IN THE LIFE 🎥

😅 This is my typical Tuesday. 5am start. 8:30pm finish. 9 PT’s. 22 People at bootcamp. Barbers and also a training session myself. Issa busy life.

🙏🏾 I’ll never claim to be the best PT, but I will always stand by the fact that I’m one of the hardest working.

🥰 I love my job. I love helping people become happier, healthier, fitter, confident and stronger.

Let’s spill the beans 🤫: who else joined the gym with the sole goal to “be thin” but fell in love with feeling strong and changed their goals? 👀👀 

Me too 🙋‍♀️

I joined the gym unfit, unhappy and overweight and I disliked both my appearance and going to the gym entirely. For years my husband has told me about all the benefits of the gym and exercise - both mental and physical. I was never a “gym girl” … a long time ago I used to do the odd spin class and if I felt particularly adventurous occasionally lift a dumb bell (only with the husband’s supervision 😫). But I didn’t have the motivation, a plan or the confidence. Nor did I understand what a blessing it is to be able to exercise and move my body because *I CAN* and not because I “HAVE to”. Don’t get me wrong I still have days and weeks where it’s harder!! But, I’ve learned to love it, how to train, follow a plan, enjoy my food and now my goals are to maintain this and get STRONG 💪 

Once we start to realise that food is fuel and exercise/movement is a blessing; we have a whole different outlook on things ❤️"
