20/20

This fitness class combines 20 minutes of cardio, with 20 minutes of strength training

Aerobics

An aerobic class consists of choreographed exercises to music. Classes offer a total-body workout that can help develop stamina, endurance, and mobility

Circuits

Circuit training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time

Fitness Pilates

Fitness pilates is a training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. 

HIIT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 

Kettlebells

A 30 minute workout designed to target every muscle of the body using kettlebell exercises

Kettlebells & Core

Kettlebells & Core is a full body programme using kettlebell exercises predominately focus on core muscle

Kettlebell HIIT

Kettlebell HIIT is a workout that give you the best of bodyweight cardiovascular and aerobic pressure and best of external weight with the use of a kettlebell. 

LBT

Legs, bums and tums is a full body workout that aims to tone up your thighs, bum and stomach. Great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.

Lift Lean 

Lift lean is an empowering weighted and bodyweight class. Equipment can be mixed and matched to include weights, dumbbells, kettlebells along side calisthenics, making it an extremely versatile class. 

Military Bootcamp

A type of group workout that promises good results through a tough, immersive, programme of exercise. Just as an army boot camp is designed to turn a civilian into a solider, military boot camp will help the participant achieve faster results than they might do otherwise. 

Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. 

Simply Box

Simply Box is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers. Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. 

Simply Pump

Simply Pump is a weight based workout specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. 

Step Aerobics

A step class is an aerobic fitness class using a step as the only piece of equipment which is designed to provide you with cardio and strength training. 

Studio Cycling 

Indoor Cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a stationary exercise bicycle

Yoga

Yoga incorporates gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system. 

Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that combines latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
