A Fitness Professional’s Mental Health Advice

Simply Gym is an independent, family-run business that opened its doors for the first time in 2011. We were born from two-family members lacking an affordable place to exercise that didn’t compromise on the quality of equipment on offer. Many gyms these days have unnecessary frills and this means that their members pay a premium, when all they want to do is simply workout!
Which is where we came in.
Operating for over a decade means we know how to adapt to the needs and requirements of our members. We regularly add the latest equipment and newest classes to keep the gym as good as it possibly can be. We aim to provide a comfortable environment that welcomes everyone to exercise, offering no contract memberships so you’re not tied in long term and providing high quality customer service from the family members themselves rather than a third party company. Cheltenham was our flagship branch and kick started our mission, with its iconic yellow covered building it was the beginning of our home.
As our business grew, we realised we hadn’t just built a community of people who shared our vision, but we’d extended our family.
