Simply Gym Swindon East opened in May 2019. It is a large, open plan, state of the art 24hr gym based on Eldene Drive, near The Great Western Hospital. Our facilities include studio cycling and aerobics studios. A fully equipped cardio area, large free weight and functional training areas. Moreover we have changing rooms, showers, and finally ample free parking. There are also more then 50 studio classes per week available and these are included free of charge with your membership. Furthermore, our timetable can be seen here: Timetable Classes include Les Mills Body Combat, Pump and Balance, plus Zumba, Studio Cycling, Yoga and Pilates.

I am a body transformation coach who has been training clients for over 6 years. Helping them to achieve their best results with fat loss, muscle gain or just improving overall fitness levels.

I have been involved within the fitness industry for over 10 years and have a real passion for all things fitness, body composition, aesthetics, wellbeing and mindfulness.
If I am not in the studio teaching classes you will find me on the gym floor building my body and talking with members and my clients.
As a former bikini competitor with 8 years working as a PT I have a wealth of knowledge and experience to help you shape up and achieve your goals.
I absolutely love bodyweight training and you are likely to see me upside down on the rig or walking about on my hands!
