Swindon East opened in May 2019 and is a large, open plan, state of the art 24hr gym based on Eldene Drive, near The Great Western Hospital. Facilities include spin and aerobics studios, a fully equipped cardio area, large free weight and functional training areas, changing rooms, showers, and ample free parking. There are also more then 50 studio classes per week available and these are included free of charge with your membership. I’ve played rugby semi professionally, represented GBR at triathlon also racing to an elite standard. I’ve experience and knowledge in a variety of sports. I strive to achieve the highest potential in myself and those who I PT. My sessions will be hard, but fun. I don’t want my clients feeling it’s a chore to train. My initial passion started for fitness through playing tennis and football as a kid and that has never left me. l went on to studying health and fitness at college and have now been in the fitness industry for the last 20 years. My speciality is working with individuals who want to lose weight, change shape, and look great!
I also am a sports massage therapist and specialise is low back pain.
