Welcome to Simply Gym Swindon

Simply Gym Swindon is located on the west of the town on Chelmsford Road. If you are looking for a no frills gym with stacks of all the latest cardio, functional and free-weights equipment, and studio classes all at a low cost, then Simply Gym Swindon is for you!



No contract membership

Most people don’t like to be tied into contracts these days. That’s why at Simply Gym we also offer no contracts on some of our memberships. This means you are free to leave whenever you like. We also offer annual memberships at a discounted fee. Here at Simply Gym our memberships are financially fit for you!

Our priority is your fitness and wellbeing. We offer a wide range of cardio, resistance and free-weights equipment in our fully air-conditioned gyms, and a full timetable of group exercise classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience. Our facilities also include a spacious functional training area, dedicated spinning studio, group exercise studio, spa facilities, changing and showering facilities, and free parking which are all included in your membership.

Upon joining you will be offered a complimentary induction to get your fitness journey started. If you do require something a little bit more specific. We also do have a team of personal trainers that you can book in with when it suits you.

I have been working in the fitness industry since 2015 in different areas from group exercise classes to personal training.
After leaving the army in 2009 I begun gaining a lot of weight and reached an unhealthy size of 20 Stone, following a successful weight loss and rehabilitation program set by myself, I was able to restore myself back to health.

I am a passionate and motivated personal trainer, and I feel a PT should look at his client’s goals as if they were their own.
As well as being able to facilitate your PT needs generally, I focus a lot on rehabilitation with a goal to improve quality of life following an injury or operation, or simply working towards managing a condition.
I have a number of PT options available to suit all budgets and requirements, whether you are looking for a one off program session, a full all inclusive package.

My passion is functional training so I’m often found slamming ropes and swinging kettlebells. It’s an excellent tool for those looking to lose weight and increase cardiovascular capabilities.

I have a proven track record with people of all ages and fitness capabilities, often working with people who have little or no gym experience.

I have lost a considerable amount of weight myself so know how challenging it can be. The rewards and sense of achievement outweigh the challenges.

I have been training others ever since and found it a rewarding experience helping my clients reach their goals and enjoy the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle.

I have been fitness training for many years and qualified as a PT in 2001 and have worked hard to become a good all rounder in many aspects of fitness including cross-country running, strength and endurance resistance training, core stability and resisted movement training.
