About the club...

Welcome to Simply Gym Swindon.
Simply Gym Swindon is located on the west of the town on Chelmsford Road. If you are looking for a no frills gym with stacks of all the latest cardio, functional and free-weights equipment, and studio classes all at a low cost, then Simply Gym Swindon is for you!

No contract membership.
Most people don’t like to be tied into contracts these days, that’s why at Simply Gym we offer no contracts on some of our memberships, this means you are free to leave whenever you like. We also offer annual memberships at a discounted fee. Here at Simply Gym our memberships are financially fit for you!

Facilities.
Our priority is your fitness and wellbeing. We offer a wide range of cardio, resistance and free-weights equipment in our fully air-conditioned gyms, and a full timetable of group exercise classes to suit all levels of fitness and experience. Our facilities also include a spacious functional training area, ladies only gym, dedicated spinning studio, group exercise studio, spa facilities, changing and showering facilities, and free parking which are all included in your membership.

Upon joining you will be offered a complimentary induction to get your fitness journey started. If you do require something a little bit more specific we do have a team of personal trainers that you can book in with when it suits you.

A weights based class using barbells to tone and strengthen the whole body.

09:20 - 10:10

A general spin class suitable for all levels!.

Body Balance

10:30 - 11:30

A class that combines elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to improve flexibility and strength.

Body Pump

12:15 - 13:00

A weights based class using barbells to tone and strengthen the whole body.

Core

17:30 - 18:00

Half an hour focusing on the core muscles of the body..

Body Combat

18:00 - 19:00

A class using various combat moves in a non contact class.

Simply Spin

18:15 - 19:05

A general spin class suitable for all levels!.

A weights based class using barbells to tone and strengthen the whole body.

Yoga

Yoga is for everyone, if you're a beginner just speak to the instructor before the class!.

I am a mum of a 10 year old and am supporting a six pack most of the year, so if it’s abs you are after I am your girl!!

I use a full bodied approach to training my clients incorporating body weight, compound resistance work designed to improve on current fitness levels, make your fat cry, develop muscle tone and definition. All training is backed up by a very in depth nutrition analysis to ensure you know precisely what you need to be eating to support your goals and get those all important results.

I have a yoga diploma and am very passionate about my practice, if you’re interested in connecting more to your body and mind through yoga or just want to try some poses that will stretch out hamstrings after a workout then give me a shout and together we can tailor a programme to suit your needs and goals, whatever they may be.
I understand how walking into a gym environment can feel very intimidating and overwhelming at first so I will help encourage and motivate you to grow your confidence with training.
